Days of Hope
Sunday morning, a little after 3:00, Alex
heard the these words in his heart. They contain a challenge – for
each of us who would be numbered among His watchmen on the walls,
and look forward to working in the vineyard of His Revival.
he day is coming when many will
be moved by my spirit of grace and begin to seek my face, the face
of my glory. As they
seek me in my glory, the light of my countenance will shine upon
them. This revival that is coming is a renewal of my people, who
will walk in the countenance of my
spirit.
But you must pay the price to, indeed, be one of my chosen
watchman. The price is a life of denying self, where you allow your
flesh to be crucified. You must be willing to seek the deathbed of
your flesh life, so that your spirit life – my life – may arise in
you to the heights that I desire. This flesh life is the enemy of
your spiritual soul. You must make a decision, an act of your
on-going will, to seek me in my resurrected life. This seeking after
me will remove your self-centered focus, as my Resurrection becomes
the reality of your everyday
walk
As I teach you to yield to me,
the fountain of Life, the wells of Salvation shall flow through
you. As it was with
Peter, Paul, and My first-century followers, so shall it be with
you, David, and the others that I am
calling.
Darkness has covered the earth, and natural disasters are the
result of the prevailing evil. But the darkness cannot comprehend
the Light, nor can it overtake it. I have chosen to raise up
children of Light, my sons and daughters, who will walk not in their
own light but my Light.
The
days that are coming will be days that will astonish the world. It
will be a day of fright and despair. But in this dark display of
evil will come my chosen ones, full of holiness that will offer hope
to the desperate. This movement of hope will come about as my chosen
ones do battle in the heavenlies with the spiritual weapons of
intercession. As you pray in the Spirit, I will fill your mouth with
words of prophetic healings that will restore many to a life of
faith, hope and love.
Evil and holiness are about to clash, but my holiness will
prevail.
You, my son, and many like-minded kindred brethren are being
called to a life of victorious intercession. If you accept, prayer
will become the definition of your life, as you pray my Word back to
me. This will only be accomplished, as you are willing to embrace
the cross of self-denial, the denial of your self-centeredness, so
that my indwelling presence becomes the focus of your
life.
This is a decision that you must make. I am at your side, giving
you My full support.
I await your
answer.
This morning, David, repenting (again)
for his impatience, heard this:
My son, your impatience does not
disturb me as much as you imagine. You are anxious to see what I
will do. Why should that disturb me? I am pleased with your
expectation. But your desire or lack of it has no effect on what I
am about to do, or when, or how. The revival you have been praying
for and waiting for with varying degrees of patience is already
underway. You have caught glimpses of it – as you will realize when
it is plainly visible to
all.
In the meantime, continue to
wait upon me, continue to pray with urgency, and most of all, grab
hold of what I have shown you that you must do, and eschew that
which I have told you that you must avoid. I am renewing your mind.
I am purifying your heart. When you finally choose to abandon
yourself to me, with no thought of consequence, I will be beside
you. That will be my rod and my staff protecting you. And goodness
and mercy will follow you all the days of your life, and you will
dwell in my house
forever.
